What you need to know first

Standard Warranty — 2 Years

All products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase covering:

  • manufacturing defects
  • structural issues
  • normal wear from proper use

Lifetime Warranty — Raw Titanium Products

Products made from raw titanium come with a lifetime warranty covering:

  • manufacturing defects
  • structural failures
  • normal material wear

Polishing Service — Titanium Products

A one-time free polishing service is offered for titanium products. Conditions:

  • polishing is free
  • round-trip shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • the product must be returned clean and properly packaged
  • This service is not considered a warranty repair

Shipping Costs (Warranty Cases)

When a warranty claim is approved:

  • shipping costs are covered
  • no additional fees will be charged for sending the repaired or replaced product

Return Policy

Personalized Products

Personalized products (engraved or custom-made) are not exchangeable or refundable, except in cases of:

  • manufacturing defect
  • personalization error
  • product damaged upon receipt

Non-Personalized Products

Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • the product is unused
  • in perfect condition
  • in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of seller error or valid warranty claim.

Damaged Product Upon Delivery

  1. The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  2. Photos of the package and product must be provided
  3. A solution will be offered (replacement or refund)

Return, Warranty, or Polishing Procedure

All requests must be sent by email to: info@mustbisteel.com

The customer must provide:

  • order number
  • full name
  • description of the request
  • photos if applicable

A processing time of 24 to 72 business hours is required.

Refunds

If the request is approved:

  • the refund is processed to the original payment method
  • processing time is 5 to 10 business days

Order Cancellation

  • Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Non-personalized orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by accident, impact, or fall
  • abusive or improper use
  • modifications or repairs made by the customer or a third party
  • exposure to harsh chemicals
  • loss of product
  • excessive wear from inappropriate activities
